    Estimado Vicente serias tan amable de indicarme que cambios se realizo antes de presentar este error, por ejemplo:

    1. Actualización de Moodle

    2. Actualización de Temas o extensiones

    3. Cambios en versión de PHP

    4. Activación de modo debug o mantenimiento

    Quedo atento a su respuesta.
